该如何鉴别无机保温砂浆质量

无机保温砂浆是指采用无机矿物轻集料(玻化中空微珠)和无机胶凝材料复合而成的轻质保温材料。该材料的基本特点是由膨胀玻化微珠作为主要的轻集料添加材料而形成同时符合《建筑保温砂浆》(GB20473-2007)规定的所有技术参数的保温砂浆。作为一种浆体类施工材料,它具备施工方便的特点,同时又由于现场的控制与条件变化容易带来质量波动,特别是给部分厂家采用恶意压价竞争带来操作空间,所以对这种浆体类保温材料必须制定严格的现场质量管理措施,特别是进行施工前和施工的中方便有效的质量抽查措施以保证材料及施工质量。如果在施工完成以后发现问题,会加大整改成本,这种情况下通常都是业主买单,以各种名义通过。

1、材料干粉密度超标

在建筑内外墙保温设计中,通常都采用0.07作为保温砂浆的导热系数。按照国家标准的规定,要达到0.07以下的导热系数,材料的干密度必须达到每立方米300公斤以下。在现场的工程实践中,只有很少厂家的材料能达到这个干密度,多数情况下材料干密度都在400公斤以上,这就使得材料的热阻达不到设计要求。如果采用干密度为350以上的无机保温砂浆,保温层厚度可能需要6厘米以上才能符合要求,单侧保温过大可能会带来安全问题。

2、无机保温砂浆材料在施工中最大的问题是容易产生空鼓,空鼓是脱落的前兆,如何避免空鼓是保证施工质量的重要保证,避免空鼓的主要控制因素是:

3、由于甲方压价过低,施工承包商经常采用降低厚度等办法降低成本,这样保温效果得不到保障,从长远看不利于该项材料的推广,因此应该进行钻芯取样等手段检查施工厚度。

5、在建筑外保温贴瓷砖的场合,设计通常采用钢丝网做加强,实际施工效果表明起实际效果很差,建议更多采用玻璃纤维加强布做加强措施,同样可以做瓷砖面施工
